Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
All candles are hand-poured in small batches, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. We currently ship within the U.S. using standard tracked shipping, which typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way. Please note that once a package is shipped, transit times are out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help if an issue arises in transit.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your candles as much as we love making them! If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact info].

Damaged or defective items: If your candle arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please provide a photo of the damage so we can make it right.

Returns: Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we cannot accept returns for used candles or simply changing your mind about a scent.

Exchanges: If you received the wrong product, we’ll ship the correct one at no extra charge.
