Burn time is roughly 35 hours for our 8oz tins, and 55 hours for our 10oz containers. 

We want you to love your candles as much as we love making them! If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at kaichap1122@gmail.com.

• Damaged or defective items: If your candle arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please provide a photo of the damage so we can make it right.

• Returns: Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we cannot accept returns for used candles or simply changing your mind about a scent.

• Exchanges: If you received the wrong product, we’ll ship the correct one at no extra charge.

Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns, contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve them quickly.

Shipping: Candles ship in 3–5 business days with tracking included. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
